Can someone please advise on if I should leave these plants alone or cut them back under the lights??? We are about 2 weeks into actual flowering been on 12/12 for about 4 weeks. Obviously I want max yield and don't want keep cutting the buds back to fan leaves (makes me cry). I've noticed too that the more I top the plants the less dense they become at the low end - meaning less yield.....Any suggestions? Thanks as always!!

No, they are maxed out - forgot to mention that on top are 8 - 23W 2700k CFLs - the plants grow right past them and only a few leaves get burned.....

start bending a lil bit .. spread the bases and tie them to the wall or bend them over and tie to the bases.. called lst.

That looks crazy. Is there a way to lower it down some? Even just lowering the net if possible, but be gentle and do it slowly. The branches will bend, but like I said be careful.

Shrew, shitty problem man. And you said you are only 2 weeks into flower?!

Dude you need to find a spot where you can move those plants to, they are just gonna keep getting taller and you're going to wind up cutting all of your violas off.

Try like hell to bend those things, hell tie them down horizontal, lean the pots 45°, whatever you can do to keep them away from the lights. But if you want my opinion, I wouldn't sacrifice the best yielding/tasting parts of the plant, which is what will probably happen if you don't move them

dude your going to burn the best parts of the plant if you don't make a drastic change.. top everything again and use them for clones. after the clones root then go 12/12 with no veg on the clones.. that will keep everything as short as your box, but seriously if you don't raise or lower you res. then your plant will burn up and possibly a fire.. plants when turned over from vegitation to flower will most of the time double in size and height. keep that in mind on your next grow because this one isn't going to produce much do to your lights all in your plant.. the buds will burn up and dry out on the stem.. make a change fast before your screwed.
