One of my plants is a hermie, week 8 flower, what to do?

Ignoring the cat hair on my fingers (yes I know its a crime and its not on everything else I was just being impatient while taking pics) I found what looks like seed or pistil pods on some of the top buds of 1 of 3 plants of the same strain. It managed to get some light stress from a new LED light I switched over to a few weeks into flower and had the beginning of some bleaching. It overall it much more yellow and unhealthy looking than the other 3 plants I have in my tent. I assume the stress from the light was the cause... I moved my light up and dimmed it to 80% and none of the other plants seem to so far be having issues.... This plants buds were growing pointy vs the others more round top and i actually felt it looked like a "different pheno" when in veg as it seems to be a little more fat fingered and bushier when younger.

Anyway... should I chop this fucker down right away? Is there any chance this late into flower that it and the other plants can go a few more weeks without worry? Thing being even if the current plants can't be pollinated in time to matter, having pollen escape in my tent and my room would be bad for future grows, even if I clean everything there is no guarantee that I wont miss some on a fan blade or whatever else....Are these seeds and if so does that mean the damage is already done, or are they pollen sacs? I am rather disappointed but I would rather have 3 healthy plants than 4 fucked up ones and a messed up space.... worst part is I don't really have a great place to cure other than my grow tent... so chopping it will mean I have to either sacrifice it to make some edibles... or attempt a shitty cure... its obviously far from done, but still might be worth trying to cure right... It smells great... Would cutting it down and vac sealing it and putting it in the freezer help keep its flavor from being destroyed until I use it for something?

Pull the nanners, and let it finish.

Seems your seeded. So now if you chop it will be a bunch of immature seeds that are a true pain in the ass to get out of the weed before you smoke it.

At this point imo it will be easier to let them mature so they just pop right out.

But pluck the nanners your finding.

Thats my opinion.

I had just two lower branches to hermie before I caught it on mine, a while back. After just cutting them off and adjust the environment, the plant finished fine.

I do think that whatever these are are only on the top part of the plant that was light stressed so there is that. Are they def immature seeds and not pollen sacks? If they are seeds, would that not mean my whole grow has most likely been pollinated? If I chopped it now I would probably not smoke it but use it for baking or extracts/bubble hash or something.

Even using it for everything outside of flower you are still cutting potency short for all other things by chopping now. You still have a couple weeks to go.

No it doesn't necessarily mean the whole plant is seeded. I've had 1 bud get seeded from a nanner and I have had a whole plant get seeded. It depends on what happened.

Yeah, my main concern are the other 3 healthy looking plants. I will be kicking myself if keeping this one ends up infecting them and my whole space.

Keep it, if you cut it now you'll be sacrificing more yield and potency than you'd save on the other 2.

Here's the thing. If that plant is already seeded and the other plants are in the same space the damage has already been done.

Sorry man.
A hermie plant can indeed pollinate another, if it developed sacks that will blow. A buddy of mine had his do it.‍♂

So those look for sure like immature seeds and not pollen pods? That is my main thing now.

If it is an immature seed, then it is what it is... but if they are pollen pods and have not tossed off anything yet, then it would be to my advantage to keep the others safe and also not have to worry about anything hanging out affecting future grows. I didn't have a ton of time before lights off to inspect the other plants every inch or anything, but their morphology and buds are more dense/larger and as far as I can see are not showing any obvious seed sites.

If these are the pollen pods and they shoot their load on the others, it wouldn't really hurt them at this point I guess since it should be like 2 more weeks or so till I harvest anyway (maybe sooner who knows?). I just then fear pollen getting on something like a fan blade or in a fold of seam or something I miss get clean and this garbage happening next go round, my grow tent is in my room that I live in with my cat.

If pollen escapes the tent and gets into my room and then makes its way back into the tent during the next round of plants id be livid. I can clean, but only so much when its like all my belongings. Chances are I will just let them go a few more weeks unless someone says those are def pods. Cleaning pollen out of the tent should hopefully be nothing as insane or infectious as say a pest problem after all... Which I hope wont happen anytime soon *knock on wood*

chopping early will screw you over. Trust me you will get a bigger head ache over time if you decide too chop early vs just letting the grow finish up.
