one of my tops fell off during first couple weeks of flowering what to do

hey all, i got a sour d plant started by my buddy in a tall plastic cup that he grew in a mini fridge for a few months under cfls, he gave it to me i topped it and put it outside to grow,... it is now over 5 feet tall and just starting to flower, now one week it was really rainy so i was shaking it to get water off of it and one of the two tops fell over like it had been super cropped, i left it in hopes that it would pop up again, next time i return to my spot the top is still bending over and leaves ar wilted on it and the other top was doing just fine building a decent amount of white hairs, i clipped off the dead top, i am wondering if the plant will try to build another top now or just focus on the one top?

anyone please help

Your plant will continue to grow the good limb the old dead one is gone forget about it, and man quit beating your lady up! LOL

so it wont waste energy on trying to produce another top? good

quoted for truth. beware (since the plant began to flower already) that you may get some balls (hermie) & that your yield may suffer. not guarantee but more than likely one of the two will happen. just look for the balls and remove them as the pop up (or if they pop up)

That growth is just lost, you will still have the rest of the plant doing fine.

hmm, if it does hermie does that mean il get seeds? if so good! i was really hoping for a male to get some seeds for next season but all my plants turned up female

Little boy plants make pollen
Little girl plants make seeds...
Mix em togeather and you have 1 confused plant.

I trimmed excess branches, tied others down and back then one night a main branch/stem decided it wanted to break off. It was going to be a great branch too! Tried to save it with some hormax and tape etc but alas, it was dead. Oh well. There's plenty where it came from! It'll also allow the other surrounding areas to get more nutrient uptake.
