One plant already flowering?

why is one of my plants (2nd pic) already flowering and how big or full will the top bud be? they are both growing indoors under flouresent lights at 15hrs on 9off

i think u shud put them on for 18 on and 6 off

theres ur problem. 15 on and 9 off...who told u to do that.

Hi Hobbit - welcome to the site. i'd have those lights on 24x7.

just put them on 12-12 and let them flower.

Here ya go, These pictures (first 2 ) are in reverse order as original pics i posted and are the result of some good advise on adding more hours of light.. i hope you think there doing as well as i think they are. But ive only done this a few times and still working at it.PEACE
