One plant produces one pound of salable marijuana.

This is my first grow. Very crappy strand. We think the clones were damaged during transport so I took the 5 worst looking plants of the group and decided this would be perfect to learn on. Surprisingly the individual who grew the same strand I am yielded about 3 ounces per plant. Mine are doing much better and look to get about 4 per plant. The better plants of the strand are still about 3 weeks out but look extremely healthy with leaves all around expanding out as much as 12" from the stem.

My next grow will only be 4 plants. I am using a single 1000w hps light. I need cut down my number by just 1 plant and I think things will roll better next time.

You can do it just growing 6' tree's with multiple 1000w lights or you can do it with a scrog that you veg for a year under a single 400hps. Either way you're looking at a long veg time, that's the key.

Some plants are capable of this, it's just light and room and root space that keeps them from reaching this size indoors:
