One plant with 8 colas or 2 plants with 4?

About to embark on my first ever indoor grow. Auto top up RDWC in a 2x2x4 tent with a 270 watt COB/LED.

I was planning to grow one plant with 8 main colas (using the manifolding method). But now I'm wondering if two plants with 4 colas would produce a larger yield in less time.

Wondering what you seasoned pros would do.

I'm no pro but I'd say 2 plants 4 colas
Less colas equal more premium flower.
My opinion

I say 1 plant, 60 day veg, Top, and top and top and top, scrog, should be good for 8-12 oz if done right. just not alot of room,

Low watts half of the 240 of what u have used thru veg, then add another 1/4 at flip till stretch is done, then max till finish. U dont have alot of headroom.
