One seed two sprouts ?

Hi Riu. This isnt really a plant problem as such, more of a seed problem.

I germed a few seeds a few days past now. 1 ghs big bang and the other two were from a bag. This was my frist bagseed and just curious to see if they would sprout. Tbh the dont look worth shit...
Anyway, the prob is with the big bang seed, its sprouted like two shoots ? wtf ?
I peeled back the tissue to see how it was doin and there was a shoot stuck to the top of the tissue, but the seeds is still popping out a nice little shoot.

Nearing the end of my first grow and done alot of reading and browsing over the months but neaver seen anything like this. Im sure i seen once like a twin plant sprout and grow once they have been potted. But never heard of it popping out two shoots during germination.

Yeah, on pic #2 at the 2cm mark, thats a little set of cotyledons i believe. Very pale green/white in colour. And the sprout still growing out of the seed casing looks totally normal too m8.

Those other bits that looks as if a rabbit has shit in my germ box are my bagseeds. Yoo Wascally wabbit !!

I found this thread searching for "twin sprout"

Man I had the same thing happen to me ! I don't have pictures of the germination but exactly the same thing happened. And guess what? Both are growing fine !! The thing is I put 4 seeds of 3 different strains and this twin sprout was away from it all. Like it started walking in the wet towel. So I don't which seed it came from. Anyway if you wanna see it it's in my journal.

Let us know what happened with it in the end..
