onion juice, high sulfur, viable?

Has anyone experimented with powdered onions, onion compost, raw onion juice?
I just thought of this today and I know that I can't be the first person to try and look this up with no luck.

No good. Onions have compounds that kill off bacteria and fungi and worms so they can survive underground while they grow.

gypsum, neem cake, karanja cake, alfalfa, epsom salts, and other rock dusts contain sulfur

Is that also true for other foods that grow underground? Radishes, potatoes, carrots, turnips, etc...

Not sure. They seem fine with carrots. In moderation maybe. They don't like potatoes and garlic. I haven't been able ro find anything on radishes. Better to be safe about it i guess and not give them any underground grown veggies.

Worms go crazy over bokashi and pulverized egg shells mixed together. They love alfalfa and romaine lettuce too.
