ya i know what u mean like u raise 4 big blinds from the button wit AKs and a donk in the sb calls wit K2o and the flop is K 2 7 and they win the hand ya thats really annoying.. ya NL is a far more skilled game as u said u always have the odds to call a draw in limit so u cant protect ur 1 or 2 pair from flush straight draws, its up to the cards more

exactly.. you cant ever out bet the other players.. its just almost always worth chasing the straight or the flush in limit.. its rarely ever bad pot odds.. but in no limit, even if you dont have the cards, its much easier to make the other person doubt or fold.. and its not just by going all in... a good sized bet can ususally do the job.. but at the same time you can almost be certain that if you get a call on a higher bet that they have something good too.. sometimes you get those donks that will call huge bets with an under pair, and keep calling until the river and bust themselves.. but its not common..

its all about NL, limit is too frustrating, people chasing me all day long and catching with shit cards. I no where i stand on NL through bet patterns.

Played a $11 tourney last night, 5435 people and finished 35th! i was quite impressed with that, only won $100 for my 5 hour effort tho! haha, was a lot of fun tho

NL Holdem.

Nope 55 dollar tables.. not 5.. would takes ages to even finish 400 with 5 = 80 matches..

well done 35th out of over 5,000 is great achievment, thats full tilt i guess?? on i poker/ titan there is a 35k 11$ tourney evety night at 8.30pm there would b arount 1,100 - 1,300ppl in it every night, 8k for the winner,,
that a crazy hugh field ur playing,

ill b back in business in a few days going to start wit 1,100$, im not sure if ill concentrate on tourneys or cash games,

stick wit the 5$ ones id say dwr

a lot of asction in the 200/400 PLO lately

dont get me wrong.. no limit is a much more agressive game that does put ur hand and head to the test.. i too like gettin ppl off there hand or the feeling of throwing out that big bluff and having ur heart pound as u wait fo them to fold... but sumtimes i dont know where i stand with the bettin patterns in nolimit... sum1 throws a big bet, u think they r bluffin and then get fuct.. a mistake can become costly!!! in limit i no where i stand by the betting paternes... and yes its ezer to chase so i too hate when i get sucked out where in nolimit i coulda got tem off the hand... but what goes around comes around... im often the 1 catching rite??? like i said, i make more $ in limit so y change rite??? im not putting nolimit down, i love the adrenalin u get from it but it not my thang ya know???

Joooo when i play on the 5 bucks tables i dont give a fuck... i just raise and well it aint realy fun for me... i like the rush.

btw. just won a fat sum yesterday 720 Dollars on a 2k guarenteed tournament. placed first.

no rebuys.... where you play ? i play at partypoker.... same name as here nearly...

nice 1 dwr, how many ppl were in ur tourney? i play on i poker network same as titan poker... i played at party poker once and didnt like it thought it was really fake and annoying, i hate the way it clapps and rings a bell when u win a a hand, dont like the screen graphics either,,

u should sign up wit i poker and we can play each other..
i think ill stick wit tourneys for now on as its the cash games that tilt me,
just saw there last nite there is a 1 million tourney on in 4 1/2 weeks 500$ buy in 200k for the winner, so im def going to do that.. how sweet would it b to win that..

Nah that was on Poker Stars. I was pretty happy with it

Only play on Poker Stars now, and Paradise Poker if i wanna play cash games cos its full of morons with more money than sense.
