Only 2.5% of people grow their own marijuana!

Yup build a wall of weed and you get a god complex :). And I was just looking at some brochures so if you need a recommendation let me know tty? It's unfortunate the really nice ones seem to be in California :).

I'm in Colorado. And I give tours. Just ask @texasjack; I'm a good guy and I LIVE it, I don't just sit on my ass and talk about peace and love while shitting on people.

I was being sarcastic FYI :). I didn't risk jail for peace and love, I did it for money lol. But I too live by the code treat people with respect and you get it back. And said it before, would love to take a tour if only I could lol. And I can't sit on my ass either just not in me to do nothing, lots of time for nothing when I'm dead lol.

Go pee in your own sandbox.
I took you off ignore just long enough so I could feel the satisfaction of putting a bully like you back on ignore. I used to really like you and had the upmost respect for you. And I looked up to you. Til you started the unnecessary bullying of me. You should be ashamed of yourself sir. Yet I still have a soft spot for you because I know deep down you are a really nice person. Who just got a bad influence hanging out with the wrong crowd. Come back to me when you are done with the dark side. Peace and love to you dear sir.

It's all about risk and initial investment. To set up a decent 5x5 grow tent, you're looking at a minimum investment of $1,000.
If you're not legal you risk going to jail. Managing smell is essential. Crop failure is always a risk (mold, bugs, hermies, etc). Getting robbed is a risk.
If you're a white collar worker, getting popped for growing could permanently ruin your career!

On my block there's me and my neighbor across the street.
His op makes mine look silly, about 4 times the size, anyway. So two houses out of 5 on my cul-de-sac, yah baby, and I just crunched the numbers; There's an average of about 1 square meter of weed growing per home, on any given day, in my neighborhood (that I know of) and we are anything but legal here in Mordor, where the shadows lie. I mean my whole neighborhood, not just the cul-de-sac.

There's a green avalanche a-brewin', friends. And yet, people are begging me to hook them up and it doesn't grow fast enough to keep up unless I expand, and I don't want to! (Until Federal Reclassification, at least)

Many moons ago I knew that growing at home would be big. About the time I first started growing I ti here's around and built a website, it was definately amateur crappy and even affiliated with Amazon to link thru to their products for a comish. I was never satisfied and realized the learning curve would take considerable effort or, I would have to shell out some real dollars to have a decent site built for me. On top of that I was several hundred dollars and hours into it and just realized it was a bit over my head. Anyway, even then, maybe 6 years ago there were already so many in re space it would have been a really large undertaking to make up some ground. And I would have had to invest 1000's rainy in marketing efforts.

Does anyone remember when rollitup a biggest advertiser was Attitude? Then they went dark and I guess started advertising again like last year. I still believe with the traffic on this site RIU doesn't monetize as well as they could. It's all good tho. Just saying. Anyway. I am sure I have neighbor's who also grow. I keep to myself about it. It's just the right thing to do. Getting robbed would suck.

I have a software-as-a-service platform I'm working on I want to advertise on RIU. It is worth beyond what they charge, no question.

Yeah bru. Wish I knew you back then. I think the space is really really crowded now and it would be a tremendous struggle to get a foot in the door at this time. Im kinda poor these days, divorce last year and all. I think it's still doable to get in, but it will require a considerable investment of time and money now. Even then.... Well. Probably better off buying a Taco Bell franchise or something where there is a need for it. Thanks tho.

I'm actually pretty optimistic about the opportunities, because basically everything except Leafly sucks, in the Cannabis app world. Sure there are a lot of them, but 95% are fucking dumpster fires. Big commercial Ag companies like Siemens don't understand the internet and how it best works yet, I think there's a lot less saturation than in fast food, to use your example, and almost equal demand.

P.S. I'm targeting a different market segment than Leafly is, too.

I'm getting on up there bru. Younguns can do it. Although I'm still pretty sharp, I don't think it's impossible. But, my ambition and motivation are waning these days. You can do it tho. Everybody should take on a BIG chance/opportunity in their life time. I'm at the point of chill in my own. Best of luck homie.
