i just think its better to subsidize money to the people that are in a legitimate time of need compared to unaccounted "missing" money-i forget the figures, but millions of tax dollars have been "lost".
does my logic about the hydrogen make sense in my last post? i studied it years ago for a week or so when i was in high school but i could be wrong.
