Oops already occupied! (Finding another grower's plot.)

Well I was out exploring today look for spot's thought I found a perfect area too! So I wandered a bit off the trail to find what I recognized as a "mini" trail perhaps 50 feet from the trail head. Out of curiousity I followed it to find nice spot in the creek where someone built a very natural looking step stone mound that could be used to cross to the inaccessible side of the area. I followed a bit more then found a bunch of black planters under a bush and a area that looks to have perlite in it but has been pulled and swept over... hrm... perlite in the forest... a couple of black planters under a bush... me think's someone else had the same idea well there goes that spot, gotta keep lookin'.

And for anyone thinking I should have kept looking around to see if there were any left.... shame... shame... I believe in Karma I don't steal and expect nobody to steal from me (though it does happen sad to say)

If you could find this trail and happen to follow it to a grow site, why couldn't anyone else. Probably not the best spot to start with.

Doubt it, cops straight pull and make it obvious with a nice crater around here typically. Oh and a business card on a wooden dowel, least if they still do it they same way as when I lived here around eight years ago. Cop's don't care about small amounts of pot around here I believe. At least if they gotta go through any effort to bust ya. Heroine poppy grows wild in the provinces north of here and as such heroine is the priority for drug enforcement around here. Also coulda been harvested could have been teenagers a rippin', I did find a few mtn. dew can's on the trail head. I remember used to drink that stuff like it was my life reserves when I was a teenager.

Does anybody ever smell fresh ganja in the cool morning hours while driving down highways with woods along side of it? Sometimes I just want to stop and take a quick walk into them woods just to see if its a skunk or ganja plants.

So down here cowboy. Here they just take them out by hand most the time. They for large grows use choppers to take the piles of up rooted plants... Great more taxes, when you could have walked them out. /rant.
I dont know where he lives however, where I live I know for a fact that there are 4 cop houses. They walk their dog, boat on the river one block away, or go hiking randomly, or same for shooting Do I go walking in the middle of now where to find a great fishing spot? Fuck ya, found weed? Not yet. See a cop walking? Two on that trip. they are not in uniforms really Its there day off, and they are trying to have fun. You learn who is who after a while. So yes, any one or a cop coulf have done that for the fuck of it. But these days, with the internet. And as far large grows no idea how they take em out around here, in this county I don't remember them finding an outdoor grow bigger than 50 or so plants in the last... well ever. They have found some insane indoor grows but in this county at least nobody seems to ballsy for one patch outdoors. Least that I know of, I try to read the local paper but sometimes I just don't get around to it.

Keep the spot in mind, if someone steals your grow or it fails then you still have a harvest. Lets be a fuckin honest here , if he found yours he would rip every scrap in there its dog eat dog out there, you didnt go looking for dope just stumbled on it. When you find $100 on the ground do you leave it there because it doesnt belong to you. Outdoor growing is a game, growers VS ripoffs growers VS cops also growers VS growers.
Now if your growing partner ,friend etc rips you thats an entirely different matter.

Eh, if there where plants there, Id just leave them. People doing shit causes more police to get into our business. Then you will get butt raped by a cop.

I see your point and yes I would grab up that $100 but I would at least put up one sign "found money will return is ya got the serial number or some way to prove it is yours beyond a doubt." But Cannabis... I take nothing unless forced into a corner. I will admit I stole an eighth once, but it was high school. I personally believe in karma in many ways but that's me.
