Open Show and Tell 2017-18

I think I have too much Jimmy on my mp3 for hiking. When making that hard ass climb, you need something with some backbone to it.

20171015_115750.jpgWonder if the Pineapple Chunk got seeded by the Mystery Granny. She's got a couple weeks left before I'll look at cutting her. Got a nice frost too.

Granny gave me 3 viable looking seeds so far. Would be nice to see a cross. Get some more frost on a Pineapply-Piney/Fruity mishmash.

Never too late to grow..

I hope :D

These are all mostly different plants, about 30% of what I have on the mountain side. Were gonna see how well these gals will handle frost. Few are close to finishing, many are just beginning (flowering).

Another cool thing, I am excited that these mostly are all Getaway Mountain's genetics. We will see how weather resistant they are here in the Southern Appalachia.

Enjoy!

The popsicle sticks and toothpick's? If that is what you are referring to, they are to open the dense areas of the bud up for better air flow and ventilation. I am kinda having trouble in that certain area with bud rot. I have read in several places that this helps prevent it. We shall see.

I will be receiving my $300.00 20oz bottle of Bayer FLINT soon, so hopefully I can do away with using popsicle sticks from now on lol. It is systematic, effective for botrytis and bud rot attacks from the inside out so I am going to attack it systematically.

I like to blast 'Let The Bodies Hit The Floor' when hunting for worms...might work for hiking lol
I always just put it on shuffle. I will click ahead if I get a song I can't stand. It's only 8 gig, but I have over a 100 cd's worth of music on it. {and I have a lot of jimmy}

Do you guys have a big fishbait industry out there? The worm business is huge down here. We have earth worms and wigglers. They are "grunted" mostly in the national forest lands. There is a permit you have to buy that cost 20 odd bucks for the year.

I prefer to turn my Pandora to the Mitch Hedberg station. I need something to keep me laughing while picking those little fuckers out.
