How nice Nirvana is sending you more seeds.
When I've cruised seed companies on the net, most have a statement that says they can't control what happens and you can't prove what happens, so if your seeds aren't there, they won't replace them.
I ordered some seeds from Amsterdam, can't remember which company, a few years ago and when it arrived the "stealthy" CD case was empty. The envelope had been opened along the top flap opening, taped closed, and the tape had an official logo imprinted on it. There was also a stamp on the front saying something like Homeland Security has inspected this package. Inside I had a form letter, from DEA I think but so long ago I can't remember for sure, stating what can happen when things are confiscated. The seed company had put their return address on the envelope and watchdogs apparently got wise to the location, so there you have it, duh. When I emailed the company they said tough luck and wouldn't resend any seeds cuz they couldn't verify I was telling the truth. I went to another company and delivery was successful but I was out the first $.
Had a camera stolen out of a box by a PO employee once. Got the empty, opened box at the PO counter so they saw it arrive empty, but it was insured so PO gave me the $ to buy another camera. Head PO guy was really mad though, cuz knew someone along the way (and who knows where) was a dishonest employee who was probably loving their new stolen camera.
You're lucky! Hope they make it through this time!!!
