I think what they do is have a patient sign over their grow so they can provide. The more people they have that work for the dispensary the more plants they can have legally. Reasonable compensation from caregiver to patient. That's the only way it can work. better off finding a good care giver. I charge a $100 retainer every month that gets you about a oz. I pay the card,seeds depending on needs. Medical records must be viewed first but a possible sliding scale. I would do what I can but I'm sure it wouldn't be enough with the current laws. No money to made in this. If that's why you want to get into it, I suggest go underground.

I think Amitabha posted in the michigan forum, I chose to respond here and maybe get more of a perspective from others such as yourself. What would you do? How would you interpret the michigan medical marijuana law?

Pray. There used to be about 4 or 5 in my county around 6-7 yrs ago. Now there are none as they were all raided and shut down. This is in California.
I'd guess because it's a low population county and the political blowback is minor compared to SF/Bay area counties and LA area
