Opinions on Mid-grade growing

with proper care could the strain improve to High-grade?? does anyone have any experience growing seeds from decent mids??

i started growing the seeds from this mids about a week and half ago

It just depends on if your mid grade was quality herb that was improperly grown or if it was genetically just descent weed. It also depends on what pollinated it.

if i had to take an educated guess i would say that bud was quality herb that was improperly grown. has alot of crystals,hairs,smells lika dank lemonish/pine tree scent idk how to explain but the bud was Kill for 25 a quarter. but if it is genetically jus some decent weed i guess ill jus be growing some decent weed, if it was pollinated by some dirt weed/schwag would the seeds have the genetics from the plant that the bud came off of??? or would it have the genetics from the schwag that pollinated it???

Regardless of what it turns out to be if you treat it like it was a hundred dollar seed then it is most definately going to be better than the weed you got it from.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong. But I was under the impression that genetics are responsible for quality, while good growing was responsible for yield. The strain is what it is, and whether it produces a a gram or an ounce depends on the quality of the grow.

right and wrong. a grower is entirely responsible for yield with respect to the strain but genetics put a ceiling of quality on the plants end result. however don't you think that not taking care of your plants or treating them improperly would effect quality? of course it does.

if you grow high-grade improperly and the THC levels and stuff go down, doesnt look,smell, and smoke as good, it would be lower quality/mids to me. so my opinion is genetics are definetly a huge factor but growing also makes difference in quality. for example pitbulls some try and beef them up, ham-bones for the jaw muscles,trying different foods for the best protein and stuff, some put them on weights and training. all to enhance and improve but that wont make the pitbull, its all bout the genetics. what the mom and dad looked like. where do these lower quality weeds come from?? bad high-grade growing??.... where does high-grade come from?? good lower-quality growing?? lol im stoned.
