Hello guys! As the title says i need your opinion on something. I have a time limit, in which by the end of april no matter what i plant i ve got to harvest. Started on 1/2/13, & only 1 plant survived till today and depending on the time deficiency it doesnt worth my time and money to sustain my little closet just for it. So should i order some autos & go for it or should i plant my remaining seeds( 1 Hawaian snow & 1 arjans haze#1, reeeaaally strechy sativas, long flowering,11-12 weeks) & turn it to 12/12 from now to my deadline? I know bout the poor yeild etc but depending on the situation those are really my only 2 choices..

If you can finish a grow start to finish in 10 weeks let me know......I dont see happening though man.....Just pushing it to close....

Even with autos....Its 10 weeks away. Go ahead and try it. But if you really need them done that fast dont expect much...But i see you already know that... So im on the fence on this one...Sorry cant be more of a help. Wait a bit till some more people get on today and see what they say....Also, DO NOT LISTEN TO BMEAT....You will thank me later...BTW are u using soil, or dro?

I say if you wanna try, then try. Obv time is not on your side and they would have to come down early, but it still might be ok. I have had to take a couple plants down early due to whatever reason and the smoke was still decent, by far not as good as it could be but it was still free smoke.

Using soil. I would actually let them veg for 4-5 weeks( all february & 1 week of march) then let em flower for at least 8 weeks(thats what they say is the optimal flowering time for these strains). Tho at that time i wouldnt expect my seedlings to fail. So im stuck with limited time. As for the autos ghs company says 65 days from seed to harvest.

Bud...its only 3 weeks away from now till when you want to start flowering, not 4-5. If it was dro, id say do it. But soil takes a little longer..well it can... So i would say, keep the one plant youhave going if its still alive. And wait till after april. i am assuming you are moving or something, thats why there is a time crunch right??

Heres my thought. Great white shark, veg for 4 weeks(is vegging for 2weeks already) then flower for 9 weeks as recommended.In the mean time, when i start the shark to flower i plant the autos so that the harvesting days fit(not to the day, but they should be close, right?)!

Lol that what I was thinking also, either move or someone's coming for a visit. =P

If your going by numbers then yes, BUT you really can't go off numbers as a lot of factors can determine when it will finish exactly.

I didnt know you already started. my bad. Go ahead and do it. You wont have a lot of bud, but you will get some...Good luck on this man. Hope everything is perfect so you an get the best yields.

Well numbers & hope is the only way in this situation. Believe me if i could strech the time schedule i would. so to sum up. shark with veg 5 weeks(from seed) & then flower till the end of april( i could probably go 4-5 may top). The sativa alternative is out of the picture. when i start to flower the shark ( or even sooner) i plant the autos. In theory their harvesting times should match. what do u think of that..? Btw forgot to thank you guyz!! Really fast response :D

This is why.....YES that really is his plant....Dont no why he would ever post that pic on here....Not to mention his views are mis-guided to say the least.

IMO you would be better off to give it one less week of veg to hopefully give her enough time to finish flowering proper.

im a newb, messed up 2 great seeds already so i cant critisize but this looks like basel-weed.. maybe thats it, hes a genius in genetics xD
hope mine wont look anything like that tho xD

I dont think you could f a plant up anymore than that without killing it. You will be good, especially with the help from all the good folks on RIU...Just keep us updated, start a journal, and be patient.
