You were always fine as wine :wink:. Myself however I’m feeling more like vinegar these days. Nothing major just hard living catching with me, but it was fun. Good to see you checking from time to time.

Yeah I think I might be feeling a few of those signs myself as much as I hate to admit it. Exercise I’ve put it down to. Staying limber lol…

I coach a HS varsity hockey team. One of the phrases I repeat often for the team is:

How you practice is how you play. < They don't show up for practice and we never have a full bench during games.>

The sad part is it leads to -- How you play is how you live your life!

This was a quote from a friend to stop me from arguing with our supervisor, it was very prolific and has proven to more true than I would have ever imagined .
