Orange pistils no trichomes, what failed?

Hello friends, I'm having a problem with my auto flower. I'm on week 12 (bank date was 10 weeks to harvest) but I'm not seeing any trichomes and the buds are small, thin, and with orange pistils. I had to use insecticide soap and Neem oil because I had a huge bug problem. I would like to know if I should give it more time or accept the loss and begin a new grow. Hope I can make myself clear, english is not my first language.

Thank you all for your answers.

More info:

I'm from Argentina and it's kinda hard to find good things with our poor economy.
I'm growing 2 seeds from "BSF", AK and London cheese.
I'm using a premix soil that worked fine on previous grows
The lights are led, supposed to be Samsung, 200w for my 60x60cm tent, same setup I used before for a really nice grow.
The nutrients are called "top crop", they are mineral based.

personal opinion, rip it up and start again. kind a looks like its seeded itself. you got swelling bracts with receeding hairs. but its bugging me, it looks like cut wheat stem ends rather than bud growth.
i would restart from scratch

Could you take a guess at what caused this?

Kinda looks dudded, like maybe something viral. It doesn't look so unhealthy as to be so bland. Fuckery at play IMO. Did you ever pull leaves with dirty fingers or use un-clean shears??

i was going to say it looks like its on its way to being a hermi.

what are your growing conditions? light, soil, food , ect

Did you treat the bugs when flowers were forming?

could be that or poor genetics, you never said the strain/breeder

Thanks for your answer, I edited the post with more info. I always clean my hands and shears before and after use.

Thanks for your answer, I edited the post with more info. Yes, I treated the bugs when flowers were forming, I tried removing them by hand first but there where too many. I used Neem and "potassium soap" (don't know if its called like that). I know it's not recommended in flowering but thought It was the lesser wrong.

Thanks for answering, the lights are 20cm over the top, they are led, the tent has a really good airflow. I edited with more info

i only ask about the light didstance because i just came across this, its a fast budz auto critical mass, now my dads hurt his back , so ive not had so much timre to focus on them. but there in a conservatory (g;lass roofed) under a 250w mh about 18" away from the light. the bulb is unprotected, so theres no safty glass inbetween the bulb and the plant. and its been quite warm the last two days.

the genetix are good as far as im aware, ive grown there critical mass out 5 times with no problems, but never come across this before.
she looks like shes turning into yours.

i've moved her away from the light to see if she recovers or continues to change into looking more like yours.
will let you know

apollogies for the pic, but its the best i can do

It certainly looks like mine, same colors. I think I will give mine a week more or 10 days just to see what happens. It's a bummer though, almost 3 months of work and love to the trash :(
