looks like zinc and magnesium deficiency in its later stages. Im assuming your using advanced nutrients, or a multi part nutrient line?

I am using house and garden. Just A&B
If it were "me", i would flush the entire medium allowing about twice the volume of the container to run through the bottom, wait for the medium to completely dry, then start back up with possibly different nutrients or the same ones just in the right ratio. If your 1 part nutrients are doing that though i would highly recommend switching. 9-3-6 (give or take couple digits) is good for veg, and a 3-12-6 (once again give or take) is good for flower. Thats for one parts that is.

so you think it is for sure some sort of deficiency? not a fungus or root rot?
