Exactly right, I buy stuff off Ebay all the time. Just look at all the grow equipment that constantly sells on Ebay, I always like to think that more and more people are growing by the day.Nothing illegal about ordering indoor growing equipment from the internet for growing indoor vegetables.

Very true, Look at this article recently in kansas where a couple bought "hydro" equipment to grow indoor vegetables, and they were raided at gunpoint by the local cops. They were targeted because somehow the cops knew they bought the equipment. Now the couple are suing, and I hope they win. This is a quote from the article "Pilate said she has learned through her own investigation that deputies routinely generate leads for their marijuana raids by watching stores that sell hydroponic equipement"To me, being seen in a hydro shop in a state that doesn't allow medical marijuana is worse than ordering online.
Paranoid much? Customs takes seeds but they just leave a letter saying they confiscated it, no real attempt to bust down your door, etc. jeez, stoners can be so paranoid at timesConsider this. It's important. A couple years ago, I ordered some Moso Bamboo seeds from a guy in India. Apparently, it is illegal to do this, and I was contacted by a customs agent who wanted to meet with me and confiscate my bamboo seeds. If the sale of 50 bamboo seeds gets the governments attention, then you can bet your ass that everything else does too. I know I'm an idiot for ordering stuff on ebay; Especially because i'm probably already on a watch list for the bamboo seeds. All I can say is, don't grow your stuff at the same location you have equipment delivered to!
Yo, I hate to break it to you, but there are over 200 million adult Americans...and probably several thousand of not hundreds of thousands of online hydro stores. I could see the seeds being ordered via online maybe getting confiscated by customs, but the government literally just passed a bill this week that cut all spending for Mj in legal states, and I KNOW the state doesn't have enough money or even cares enough to come to your door unless you are growing cashcropWell, they came to my door over bamboo seeds. That is a fact. There's no telling what the government might do, or when they might do it. Being careful is key. Besides, do you really think that when a grower gets raided, the cops are going to be like, "Yeah, the reason we busted you is because you bought seeds and grow equipment online." Of course not..They would rather you think it was because someone snitched.
Well I hope you are right. It will be nice when it is legal for all of us.Yo, I hate to break it to you, but there are over 200 million adult Americans...and probably several thousand of not hundreds of thousands of online hydro stores.
