ordering HPS please help

i really want to order a 150w hps but i had some ?'s first. after i order how is it delivered?? i mean does it come to my house and they leave it outside or do i have to sign for it?? do they call and i have to come pick it up from my mail?? i live in south dakota a zero tolerence state. and i dont want any issues cuz i alreaddy have 12 clones under cfl's plz help me out thanks

I had to sign for my stuff when it came from ups off ebay. It'll come wraped so no one will know what it is. If you miss the ups guy, they leave a note for you and then you'll have to go pick it up at your nearest post office.

depends on who you order from, the method of delivery, service provider, etc. I would not be concerned at all in it coming to your place and if it is a concern then I would have it delivered to a friend's house or just go to your local lighting store and pay cash for it. If you do that and are that concerned then make sure you park AWAY from the actual store or drive someone else's car.

My paranoia is paranoid so i like to take EVERY precaution possible. O yea, and get a 400w hps!
