What does my apparent level of contentment have to do with the accuracy of the observation given? Other than the fact that you used your perception of it to marginalize it, which is kind of uncool, and not something a buddy would do.

You know, all the cartoons you post, really crap up the forum and subtract from its utility. I'm not sure if that's your intent.

You are not helping one single thing by going into internets and spreading mean, unhelpful, and unnecessary things. If you even talk to people face to face, you're probably not very nice to them - because you think you're BETTER than them.

Here's the thing:

I am a patient now, under the new MMPR system. Previous to that, I found my own ways of getting what I needed.

It's nice having the option of getting my medicine online. And in order to not have to worry about the coppers busting down my door at any given moment or searching me in public because I smell like a Cypress Hill concert - I have to follow the rules.

The rules, are the Licensed Producers.

I could just be all pissy all the time because THEY won't let me grow and THEY charge too much and THEY have a lesser quality than such-and-such grower...

But - they are also convenient, and legal. I know people question the legality and say the packaging and the product is exempt and not the patient and bla bla bla. BUT - I feel secure with my prescription. And if someone wants to try to arrest me for smoking or carrying my medicine - I will FIGHT them in a court of law - and win.

So yeah - I got good stuff to say about the only LP I have had experience with. And, I plan on shopping around - so I may have good and/or bad stuff to say about the next LP too.

Do you think I'm a robot sent here to magically type good reviews on products? Maybe you do - and that is your right....

yessica as for your comment about growing rights and things like that, were upset because once upon a time we didnt have to worry about juggling finances or late notice bills in the mail. We were able to afford our meds and enjoyed a higher level of satisfaction. Then we have our government come in and fuck us dry. For 3 years i was worry free, i made my initial investment and i got paid with the fruits of my labour, not paying for someones elses profits. You seem alright in my books but i have to say, dont be oblivious. Just because you got licensed under the MMPR doesnt mean you shouldnt have the right to grow. A doctor said you will benefit from medical marihuana and i hope you dont feel as if you should have to pay the high prices you currently do. You took a pic of how happy you were with the sacks of meds, it would have been more relevant if you had a cast on your arm due to your government twisting it so hard. Anyways, your alright in my books just dont feel whatever the government proposes to you is always the best for you. If your from Ontario im sure you remember the HST credit...yup, your best interests in mind ;)

Oh - fuck I agree. If I could grow legally - that would be the very first thing I would do and I would be putting all my time and efforts into that. And into making the best medicine for myself that I can.

I think it will be absolutely criminal if this continues to be the norm in the future (NOT being allowed to grow your own plants).

I am for legalization. I think that Marijuana should be treated for the non-patients, just like alcohol. Taxed, regulated, you can go buy your fancy "micro-brew" for 20x the price if you feel like it. OR you can make your own...

I think patients should have coverage for the HIGH prices of the LP's from insurance companies. Its a medicine, and it is prescribed. How the hell can someone afford their whole prescription? I will be lucky if I can afford half of my prescription this month.

I think everyone that wants to grow, should be able to. If it was legalized, and there were dispensaries and MORE online producers to order from, then the gov'ments big fear about having people growing 200 plants instead of their allocated 5 or something - becomes kind of redundant.

I understand this whole change, screwed over a lot of people - and that sucks.

But it's turning into a shit-slinging fight. Any time anyone under the new system posts being happy about what is happening to them, someone from the old system tells them they are a puppet or a troll or something mean.

NOT you, you explained things, and that is ALWAYS helpful, and very appreciated from my stand point.

I just want information. But I never thought asking would bring upon so much negativity from strangers.

Thank you for taking the time to write to this. I appreciate it, and I appreciate talking to people that were in the old system and liked it. It's shit that it got changed NOT for the better...
