where is the best online sites to order seed that ship to the U.S? and would i get introuble?

no you wouldnt get in trouble but they can take them away from you befor they hit your door and its hard to say what sites are good these says the fuzz is starting to catch on to the delevery methods

I've ordered from Dr. Chronic recently and had great results. He's got a great selection and his prices are very competitive. I won't go into detail regarding his shipping methods, but I can tell you that he takes appropriate measures to "stealth" the package out so that it doesn't raise any red flags. I received my order very quickly too. From the day he shipped them out, it only took 4 days for me to receive my order and I am located on the east coast. I have read that some other people had trouble receiving their orders from him, but my own personal experience was a total pleasure. FYI, I ordered about $500 worth of seeds and, again, was very happy with the product and service.

You may also want to check out Attitude. I've never used them because I've always been happy with Dr. Chronic, but many people here on RIU swear by them. They've also got a great selection and decent prices. Attitude also provides a tracking number for your shipment which the Doc does not. I think you'll be happy using either of these services.
