Oregon "Blackberry" clone

Here is my "Oregon Blackberry" about 2 weeks from harvest. She was grown all organic using a layered blend of TGA Natural and Organic Soil and TGA Super Soil. She was fed nothing but straight water and I only top dressed with more Super Soil one time. When you get close to her, you can smell earthy, fruity, hash. But if you touch her, she reeks just like sweet ripe blackberries. I believe this was the same mother used in the "Oregon Diesel" clone that is going around (blackberry x soma nycd diesel).

Here are the pics. (I'll update this thread each week til she gets chopped and til she's ready for a smoke report)

Me too. I haven't seen this strain around since early 2009. And then all of a sudden it's everywhere again. Seemed like everybody was growing the Blackberry Kush for a while, and cuts of the Blackberry were harder to find til recent years. I've smoked blackberry many times in the past (2008- 2009). But it's my first time growing her myself. She looks like a pretty good yielder so far.

Your blackberry looks good too. Have you grown her out before? And if so, any tips as to what she likes for my next round with her? I know she turns purp, but mine hasn't started changing color yet.

This is what my Blackberry plant is looking like today. It still has another 3- 10 days left (depending on how she looks in a few days). I don't know exactly how long she has been in flower cuz I'm judging her based on ripeness, and not time spent in flower. She was raised in a 4x4 tent (sealed) with a single 1000w hps on an adjust-a-wing (not air cooled). Tent is cooled by ducting a 465 Dayton blower fan to a 12,000 btu portable ac unit and pulling the cold air generated by the ac into the tent (ac is located in a remote location near a window, not in the tent. The 6" ducting blows cold air from the ac into one of the built in air ports on the tent). I use a dual propeller fan and a 4" inline fan/ carbon filter to move air within the tent. Smells coming off this lady are sweet ripe blackberries. Reminds me of late Summer time here in Oregon.

I decided to let these go even longer than I was going to. I didn't harvest til 4/26/14. So they had an extra 2 weeks or so, on top of the extra flowering time I had already given the plant. These are pics from 4/20!!

Here are some of the harvest pics from 4/26. I was able to bring a lil purple out right before harvest. Next time I'll use less super soil when I top dress at the 1/2 way mark so it can fade quicker at the end. I'll post the yield results as soon as it's dry.
