Any update Gulf?I ordered and paid for my seeds on Dec. 9 and when my order arrived it was incorrect.... No big deal it happens, I thought, so I reached out to this "company" via phone and email and the exact response I got after explaining the situation was "send screenshot". Pretty unprofessional but whatever, I was focused on my purchase instead of critiquing their customer service department. So I sent another email assuming they wanted a SC of my order which I sent them. I get no response and then 2 days later I decide to call them and they told me to send the incorrect seeds back priority shipping w/ a tracking # and as soon as they got confirmation that it was on the way they would refund me the return shipping cost and send the correct seeds I had purchased out to me. Today is Christmas Eve and I haven't gotten an email response, a return phone call, NOTHING! I've reached out to them numerous times and they have just plain ignored my voice mails and emails. Super disappointed that someone would just purpously disappear after I've spent hundreds of dollars with their company. For those of you reading this y'all can take it for what it's worth but I wanted to warn anyone thinking about doing business with this company (OES) that they have been super unprofessional and now I'm out money and a Christmas present for a friend. Buyers BEWARE!

That's strange to me. I've gotten Bodhi gear on all orders from GLG, once was buy 2 get 1, another was buy 1 get 1..breeders offer I'm sure. Also included though, each time, was two freebie packs of Bad Dawg Genetics gear, plus countless stickers, and a can wrap.I’ve never got freebies from Great Lakes and I spent $250 on a pack of Chaos.
My girlfriend ended up handling it because I was so frustrated. Couldn't get a refund because their CC machine was offline but eventually I received the seeds I ordered. Talk about a headache :/Any update Gulf?

This is what their site says about CC payment now:Been trying to complete an order with OES. They were my go to bank. Now they no longer take CC payments. Will not order without CC payment option ever again. Will find another bank now, oh well.
Totally understandable. Im new to the seed game and my buddies that grow for dispensaries in New Jersey Recommended Oregon Elite Seeds & I haven't had a problem since.Think I'll stick with DC Seed Exchange. He's a small company too but gets orders out in 24 hours and to my door in 3-5 days. Not trashing Oregon Elite Seeds but there's better options out there in my opinion.
And I will continue using OES, thanks for your inputI have used American seedbanks for years, GLG, JBC and North Atlantic. All are excellent with no Fuckin drama.
Hopefully OES doesn't do to you what he's done to others and just switch your requested seed packs out for new ones because he lists packs for sale that he doesn't actually have sometimes. You're lucky you got a response. I've sent many emails and calls all with zero response. I've had good deals and experiences with his orders but also bad ones.And I will continue using OES, thanks for your input
