I'm getting into this late, so let me restate your perspective to assure that I understand correctly:
You're the CEO/owner and take 100% responsibility, but you're not tech savvy and pay someone else to read and answer emails, so none of this is your fault.
I have to ask, what exactly are you 100% responsible for, then? Candidly, I'm expecting the next one to be: “The dog ate our data files!”. Christ man, I get better excuses and accountability (and writing skills, by the way) from my middle schooler. And, where are your employees whom you allege precipitated this cluster fuck? I'm predicting that these “people” are either products of your imagination, or one of them is your daughter who just knows everything about computers and does your web site, and the other is your tokin' buddy whose “job” it is to get stoned and read forums. A tip: I've been in customer service for 25 years and in the “real world,” after fucking up my company's reputation for infinity – seriously, I recommend you change your company name and start over; the damage has been done – they would be out the door same day, and I wouldn't have been shy in stating that outcome on this forum.

OES? They may be from my home state but with their ridiculous prices and low-life attitude, they'll never get a $ or recommendation from me. Geezus, what an embarrassment. This could have been easily assuaged with a little finesse.
