i dont know what more i can say.....above i accepted 100% responsability i also agree that yes i failed to read the above comments and respond to them. when the issue was brought to my attention we worked it out. i have done and am doing everything i can. nobodys orders were messed up everybody got there gear. once again i do apologize for what occured. we are getting ready for our 4/20 sale so watch for it as well as a Ripper seed, Sweet seed and a Always Be Flowering drop

lol.. accepted 100% responsibility? I only read the last cpl pages but all I see is you trying 2 pass the buck bruh. You came up with excuse after excuse and still dont appear to get the real issue. "everybody go there gear"... yup they got the gear and someones personal info as a freebie right?

Its like I tell my kids "an apology doesnt fix shit if it isn't accompanied with action".. think about it.

That 420 sale better be on point. lol

Yup I avoided the oes website because my account still has someone else's information in it despite being told in this thread that it has "already been taken care of" and "as far as we know the situation has been corrected". I'm tempted to send an email to the person sharing my account so they know that their information is out in the open but I don't want to freak them out.

that's messed up. not you, but the fact that you can still see someone else's information.... wow !!!!

we sent out a mass email to ppl letting them know to contact us if you see an issue. there should be none the tech said. if you do see something he said that you were then one of the effected but as of the last month there shouldnt be any issue will you please call the 800# so we can figure this out

all i can say guys is this affected a SMALL group of people with PENDING orders if YOU still SEE it YOU were one of those people affected at the TIME and you need to CONTACT US so WE can FIX IT. THIS IS NOT an on going situation and HAS NOT been for over a month please contact us via phone or TEXT we will fix it 1-855-637-7333

This is obviously not true. All it takes is reading through the last few pages to see that you didn’t even know that it was an issue until a few days ago, and people are still finding other people’s info in their accounts. Random capitalization not gonna change that.

I'm getting into this late, so let me restate your perspective to assure that I understand correctly:

You're the CEO/owner and take 100% responsibility, but you're not tech savvy and pay someone else to read and answer emails, so none of this is your fault.

I have to ask, what exactly are you 100% responsible for, then? Candidly, I'm expecting the next one to be: “The dog ate our data files!”. Christ man, I get better excuses and accountability (and writing skills, by the way) from my middle schooler. And, where are your employees whom you allege precipitated this cluster fuck? I'm predicting that these “people” are either products of your imagination, or one of them is your daughter who just knows everything about computers and does your web site, and the other is your tokin' buddy whose “job” it is to get stoned and read forums. A tip: I've been in customer service for 25 years and in the “real world,” after fucking up my company's reputation for infinity – seriously, I recommend you change your company name and start over; the damage has been done – they would be out the door same day, and I wouldn't have been shy in stating that outcome on this forum.

BTW, @OregonEliteSeeds, I know you don't know shit about tech so I'm passing this on as a favor: I checked your web site and you should let your daughter know that a professional retail web site would never use a consumer-class wifi router that's a generation behind in security updates as their firewall.

OES? They may be from my home state but with their ridiculous prices and low-life attitude, they'll never get a $ or recommendation from me. Geezus, what an embarrassment. This could have been easily assuaged with a little finesse.

Cause it seems it's just hate from non customers, just saying..

What information was being spread? Emails? Home address? Credit card #?

no there not there seeing the same persons info that they were switched with OVER A MONTH AGO not new info. this is not still goin on. IF you SEE info not yours then please call.....YOU WERE ONE OF THE PEOPLE AFFECTED A MONTH AGO call us please......now any order SINCE this situation YOU will NOT HAVE A PROBLEM.
