Has anyone gas issues with OES? I placed an order 8 days ago and it still says processing?? I tried contacting someone 2 days ago but haven't heard back from anyone not sure about this place I usually use DC Seed exchange which I love but they have been low on inventory recently so tried these guys out. Guess first and last time
He can take a lil longer then some sometimes but he has always come through though.

Actually, he hasn't. Do Not Use OES! This guy took my money, sent me replacement seeds that I can't use because I only pop females. I was very quick to order the GSC autos and waited 3 weeks for them to come and I not only do not receive them, but was sent 10 regular seeds I've never even heard of. First, he shouldn't have taken the money. Second, he just screwed me over and sent me beans I can't pop because I only use females because of space and probably gave me some old stock he had laying around.
The dude takes so long to fill my order that by the time he gets around to it they're gone.
So, you tell me-. Do 10 regs compare to 8 GSC autos? Apparently OES thinks so. Dude is unprofessional, ignorant and self serving. And that's only the beginning

Do NOT use OES¡!!!!!!!!! I'm telling you guys, something is off with him and what he's done on several occasions is totally unethical

They have done good by me this far.

They take their time with the shipping sometimes but they come through.
Yeah, that's kinda how it works until it doesn't anymore. A few months ago I would have said the same but I've made 3 orders in the past month and 2 we're totally screwed up. More than happy to supply pics of order and emails for those in doubt

Okay so here's a pic of the pink slip and pack of regs I was given. Left several messages including a contact number but of course, noone got back to me. So, thus begins my crusade to obliterate whatever minute reputation this clown has left.
Just to recap, if you order from OES you may not get your order and are risking being given a random pack of regs.
I was getting ready for my next run but im glad I only lost $85. Apparently, he needs it more than I do. The kicker is that I also used $22 dollars in points that I had saved to not get what I ordered.

So he didn't give you a refund just a 10 pack of random seeds?

Looks like he’s crediting your account because they were out of stock and gave you a ten pack of beans anyways.

They are down doing inventory this weekend so hopefully that will clear up your issue happening to anyone else.

That's correct. I've called him several times and left a callback number. No dice. Not worried about it. Just glad I wised up before I really dropped some serious loot.

Call in the afternoon. When I call around 2-3:00 (Oregon time) I usually get an answer. They have been doing me right, hard to see them fucking up over a single pack like that.

Did you check your OES account points? Maybe he gave you a refund in points so you could order again?

I'll check again. I would've never figured he'd do that either but this is the second issue ivI'had in 3 orders. Way too many reliable seed vendors out there to even consider using him again.

This comment has me concerned. Reason being is that a rep for OES would immediately try to alleviate damage to the company reputation regardless of guilt. I haven't been a member here long but I've seen scammers, reverse scammers, company reps posing as members, the list goes on. What made you say "looks like he credited my account". Not trying to start anything, just naturally cautious as anyone who's been burnt online can tend to be

I was referring to the text on the pink slip that instructs you to check your email for creditinformation.

How long does it normally take to get a "forgot your password" email or a reply back from a "contact us" email from them? It has been since the day the website came back up. Only USA online bank I can find Ripper Seeds from.
