Just got my Mastadon and Sugar Cookies today. I payed for them online last Monday and got them today, Monday. The owner was really cool. I thought it was taking her a while to reply to my questions but my email started spam filtering her emails. I did a lot of research before hand to try and find the safest most reliable place to get seeds and I'm glad I chose OGS. I really wanted something in the US to avoid border custom siezures. The only reason I'd try another place is to get more variety or possibly fem seeds, just cuz of a lack of space. I'm definitely excited to see so many decades of seed breeding at work in my soil. Definitely want to try other strains when they're back in stock. With all the living things I'm going to have in my soil, they'll be the center of their own little ecosystem. Thanks OGS.

Nice! My Mastadon is just about done. Been thinking about trying to Sugar Cookie too, let us know how that one goes! Good luck with the grow!

Thanks, I started presoaking them as soon as I got them. Yesterday I planted them in some soil I mixed up, with some myco. I tried some very dilute compost tea that I started a couple days before on just a couple of the plants. I want to see the tea's effects first hand. Congrats on nearing harvest. I can't wait.

That happened to me too so I read on another post that someone else wasn't getting replies either. The owner of OGS replied and said that a few people don't get them cuz they get filtered out as junk mail. I went and checked my trash folder and sure enough there were her replies, even though I had already gotten some replies previously. For some reason it just started filtering her replies even though it hadn't been doing that. My shipping confirmation and tracking info were in the trash. Once it was processed it took 2 days to get shipping confirmation. OGS hasn't really had a bad review that's why I chose them. You will get a reply back most likely. It seems like the owner tries pretty hard to keep customers satisfied, from what I've read and in my experience. It took my order 7 days and that's cuz I payed with a credit card, thinking it'd be faster.

So... why don't you contact me with your order# and let's see WHAT your issue is and try to fix it? Contact me easily from the 'contact us' page.

I respond to every email I receive - whether its a pre-purchase support request or an email from a customer. And if and when an issue arises with an order -- I stay on it like a hound dog till its sorted. I never simply 'stop responding to emails' in the middle of a support issue. In fact, I'm known to call a customer when I see a problem they aren't even aware of just so I can head things off at the pass and keep orders flowing smoothly.

From your post, I understand that you sent in your payment by mail, but never got confirmation of receipt? Is this correct?

I can say that it takes no more than 4-5 days for a 'letter' to travel from ANYWHERE in the USA to OGS in Oregon - same thing going the OTHER direction. If you get the OGS address wrong in any way, OGS will NOT get your letter. It's returned to sender. When your letter/payment is received, you are sent an email update confirming that. Its important that the email address you enter in your order details is good and deliverable.

Again -- contact me with your order number and problem and I will see what's up and try to help you.

yes that correct sent payment by mail and never got any shipping confirmation. I sent another message off your website the # is 2641 just want to know if you shipped and recieved payment or not thank you hopefully you can shedd some light on the situation

Your order for one pack was placed 4/29. To date, no payment has been received. And on May 12th (beyond the ten-day deadline), your order was cancelled.

It states clearly on the FAQ page, and on your checkout page that payment must be received within ten days of order placement. Otherwise, your order is cancelled automatically and items ordered placed back into inventory.

If payment DOES arrive on a cancelled order, I fill those orders and send them out asap. But no payment, no send.

I also suspect that you are NOT receiving the email updates on your order -- several have been sent to you (as recorded and time-stamped on my server) including the last order update letting you know your order was cancelled. I see you're using a hotmail email address, not the most reliable of email clients.

You stated in your post that you also sent a message from the website support page -- I see NO message from you in support emails.

From here on out, please communicate your support issues via the contact-us form on the website, OK? I rarely have time to get to a forum, let alone monitor a forum, too, for support issues.

Just wanted everyone to know everything is good now OGS did a excellent job at getting my questions answered my letter finally reached them took a bit longer than normal and package shipped today so i'm happy, was a little worried when i had some email troubles but it was by far the best customer service I've had in awhile thank you again OGS

That's cool. I planted mine on Tuesday, Sugar Cookies and Mastadon. 8 out of 10 have sprouted and the other 2 I may have buried a little deeper than I should've but I'm sure they'll come up.

Have ordered from and grown Oregon Greenseed seeds for 2 years. Customer service is top notch. Last year's crop of Oregon Grown OG was done in early September, before the rains. No problem with disease. Plants were so heavy that after giving away smoke to friends and veterans group, I dried enough to last me for 2 years and still had to throw POUNDS of bud into garden compost. These plants have the best genetics I have found in 40 years. Highly recommend OGS.

I have orderded from them 8 times and never had a problem!!! The best service ever . I have asked Deb the breeder twice with questions and they have been answerded the same day. I planted 38 seeds and had 100%. This is my first year trying their strains and have them under lights until around May 10th.

I've ordered several strains from OGS. This year Im a bit bummed tho...a few strains Ive been waiting on Pachy Kush and Mastodon were finally restocked. Not at the original price of 80$ per pack but went from 250-300 per pack. I get its a limited run....but damn. I cant afford 250+ per pack, nor would I chance sending that through the mail.

I was pleased that her lily koi (green crack) is back in stock at a great price. Also don't sleep on her other crosses. GOOD DAY SUNSHINE is a monster outside.

Any pay 350 for a pack of the GORILLA GRAPE?

Blue Ash, I couldnt agree more. Unfortunately I know the reason those beans sell for those prices.... It's because people pay it.

I'm growing out Oregon Grown OG now. I contacted OGS twice to ask a few simple questions. I never received a response. I think they're allot busier this year. Case in Point, the crazy prices, and no reply. I did get my seeds within 5 days of sending payment, I live close to Portland OR. 2 hrs away from them. I found a YouTube video by Junebugfarms it seems that Deb the breeder did a video on her Iranian early flower, its the Oregon Grown Og lineage. They were PM'd out something fierce. My seedlings are week 3. No PM yet. But a little worried after seeing those plants.

The Iranian EF is a LANDRACE that never see's moisture. With most landraces of this type rooms/climates with high humidity will surely see PM. Like the description states if you plant (speaking outdoors) before June 1 she should finish before the threat of rain starts.

I haven't watched the vid but I def will. I recently grabbed a pack of her Double Diesel and the Iranian EF is crossed into that. So I am a bit curious.

With the topic of seed prices...You're right they're because thats what some will pay.

I am willing to pay for genetics also, but the whole sending a m.o. or cash through via usps on any item over a bill is too risky for me. Just my preference.

Agreed. $300 isn't an amount I'm comfortable mailing for a 10 pack.

I did read that she crossed her Iranian EF with a Ghost Og and a BC Blueberry on the info page. I think the video was before the crosses, around 2012. I'd love to see some Oregon OG harvested or just get an idea of what the quality and potential yeild could be. I'm all outdoor, many seasons now, but my first seeds. The lil OG seedlings are 3rd week. Looking strong. My intention was to have crop before the rains. This year looks wetter then average, herego my concern of PM.

I live in the Sac Valley...got a late start so I had to run all clones this year.

I have a stash of OGS beans for the next few seasons. Post some pics of the OGOG. I was looking into that one myself.

Thanks brother. I hear that on the late start. I'll definitely come back w some info to share. I'm going 25g, and in ground, all organic supersoil pre ammended , lots of bennies, let me know how you do, good luck!

Ogs has some of the crappiest weakest hemp strains available on the market. Plus they are highly over priced. Deb lies about percentages, also she is horrible with customer service. She will not Provide test results or answer questions that she does not feel comfortable with. She also sent me the wrong seeds and it took her three weeks to get me the right seeds. She also requested that I send her wrong seeds back. She also lies about genetic lineage. heed this advice don’t buy from Deb. All her strains are cross pollinated and don’t even get ratios of 30-1. When she claims her medicine woman is 60-1.
