Oregon man jailed for collecting rainwater

Seeing as it was quickly determined, thanks to UB's research that this guy was not getting jailed for collecting roof-water runoff or the like and it has devolved into a circle-jerk, i think it's time to close it.

i disagree with budlover...i think this thread still had potential, nonetheless... leave it closed.
