oregon questions

hey all, just wanted to know how one would go about getting a mmj card in oregon. I kno its illegal for the sale of any type of pot in oregon, but then how do people get away with outdoor grows? just wondering if anyone knew any insight about the regulations in oregon?

It's illegal to sell for a profit. But you can recooperate the money you've put out and pay yourself for your labor involved, I believe that's the way it works.

if you have a reason to get the card you would then find a doctor to perscribe it to you then mail in the paperwork and money and you will have a card in about 3 weeks or so. there are places you can go like the compasion centers in your area to apply for the card. you can grow either indoors or outdoors as long as you dont go over you limits of 6 adult plants and 1.5 lbs of usable mj.
