dirk, your super lemon hazes are getting me excited for mine. Love the distinct skinny leaves. I have a few more weeks a veg till they are ready.

i just love smelling these girls skunk! everytime im around them i cant help myself. just touching these ladies makes my hands and arms all sticky lol. im going to work on the white balance focus next time so i can get a much clearer image. also i cant get the flash to work and light up the trichs. have to tweak it a bit still.Much clearer now you've got the wb sorted, and what can I say other than ~ VERY NICE mate, those nugz look so good
george you are going to love the super lemon haze. once they reach about 6 weeks cure they turn into this unbelievable dank strain. almost transforms after that mark. the SLH has the most sativa looking leaves iv ever seen for sure.

I've noticed your liking the sattys too mate, I'm the same with them myself but I found the SLH to be a pretty weak smoke tbh, Sour Hazy Jones from CSG was just way better in everyway imo and put the SLH to shame in everyway I could see too bro. In growth, taste, yeild and effect all just great
. Well worth a shot for a sativa grow choice mate, Killing Fields from Sannies is looking to be the same too.

Alright progress in the flower room is chugging along quite nicely. got 1 of my tri-meters today. Calibrated ph and ppm still waiting to calibrate temps. After i calibrated and put in Rack #2 the Ph was 4.4 and ppm was 1780!! wowza! no wonder my girls have been sick. this rack got a res change about a week ago but had drank about 12 gallons. i put another 8 gallons of water in and got them at least into a somewhat acceptable range. I knew my #'s were all over the place. I will get 2 more tri meters ASAP to dial in the nutes. Im thinking im also going to have to get a chiller soon. puts my flower room upgrades back a few weeks but i want to dial in the nutes first. No reason to build a mansion if the foundation is completely cracked.

So was playing with the macro and super macro shots. guess you have to white balance everytime. All OG Kush here. Also cut out some more mold on the lower bud leaves this morning. Not much but enough to make me think about hitting this rack again. Now that i got the tri meters im thinking that the ph swings have probably caused some nute lock out and sickness as a result. Rack #1 will get a mold treatment today with some new stuff my hydro guy recommended, actinovate. Looks like im going to have to wait to grow the OG Kush completely dialed in.

dirk, shame on you. I check my ppm and ph every 2-3 days and calibrate them every 2 weeks. How long did it take that res to jump to 1780ppm and 4.4ph? At least you found a solution that will work for you.

i know george! let me have it! i deserve it. i have been so busy upgrading this and getting that and dealing with fires i really havent been checking the ph and ppm that much. i check them every week or so. not anymore.
it took Rack #2 about 7 days or so to get to the 4.4 ph and 1700 ppm. i need to get a water line in my flower room so im not lugging 40 #'s of water 50 yards everytime. 3 racks is a lot of work for me and it shows that they have suffered. i need to make everything easier on myself. a water line and maybe a drain in the flower room would be great.
I saw this 3 way hose thing at lowes im going to get. my veg room is about 10 yards away from a water line and my flower room is less than 50 feet from a water line but i have to drill a hole through the wall to get that hose in. if i had the hoses in the veg/flower room i could just topp off everyday or so. was thinking of calling a plumber and see if there is a way to get a water line in my flower room but man im so iffy about letting people into my flower room. Now im worried about my veg room nutes as well. will get a tri-meter for them as well.

Thanx mate, the 85 days pheno's could have gone even longer tbh but I was ready to get them out for the space in my flower room myself lol. Some fire smoke the SHJ is though mate and there was a fast finisher in my SHJ that was done @ 72 days too. But the longer flowerers though are where it's at for a real head rush belter of a sativa high mate.
Also I reckon this strain would perform really well in a 12/12 from seed situation or with just 1 weeks veg at most and then put them into flower, this should make them finish much quicker imo and it will also keep them a lot smaller too .

So This rack was the last to get the trimeters. got it yesterday. there is still some signs of small amounts of mold. will hit again with serenade and then follow up with some actinovate see how that combo does. Otherwise this rack is doing very nicely. lots of trichs and great smells.
also iv been opening up the middle of this rack trying to improve the air movement. hopefully this will help erradicate the pm.

it is amazing how much better racks 2 and 3 look compared to rack 1. How tall is you cola height above the screen? That rack 2 is packed for only being at 11 days. Mine are not nearly that packed that early. It will be interesting to see how much they yield.

It is amazing what a good environment will do. Rack #1 was still caught up in the flower room upgrades. Aug 1st was the first day of having a dehumidifier and the first of the tri meters went on Rack #2 8/10. So basically Rack #1 went through 26 days of just a crap environment. RH up to 90% temp spike several times to 90+ F, and im sure the ph was all over the place. That is the difference you see i believe george.
Next upgrades to the room will be (2) 6" Fans for air cooling hoods then im going to start adding more juice. I was also thinking about changing my 14k btu AC to a 12K btu dual hose AC getting ready for my CO2 addition. its only a $25 difference and if im going to do it i better do it now. just like having that extra 2k btu. I have no problem taking my room to whatever temp i want with it, but i cant use it with the CO2.

90+ without CO2 just sounds horrible. Once i got my day temps consistent and my night temps down 15 degrees, my yields shot up.
I aim for 20oz bottles-corncob sized colas that start at the top of the screen. That is why i was concerned with your height so early in the grow. I am no expert, so i want to see it play out so we can see which technique is better.
