I just became a member here. So everything I have posted is now caught up to date. The tying down of the branches was done just yesterday. I also gave them some bunny brew compost tea to charge up the bio life now that it is one month in

Those are my ingredients to the bunny brew I made. It brewed for 30 hours before use. I also remove my UV filter for the brewing process so that is does not kill the good beasties;)

Love it...........but unless you've got massive fungus gnat, that ain't gonna catch em, I've tried it , lol. The best carnivorous plants for catch FG are sundews, they've got what look like trichomes, which act like sticky traps, but even they won't get rid of them. You need to address their larva in the soil with something.

It's also worth noting that the majority of my "super soil" is still cooking untill I move up to the 20 gallon smart pots. It's now been alive and active for over 3 months.

I have heard that the trap plant is not very effective. I have also used diatomaceous earth with slight effectiveness in the past. They never get to out of hand but still are a nuisance

The Venus fly trap was more for fun and to add "friends" in the room. Sorta a biodiversity kinda thing. Call me crazy but I feel that the plants vibe with surrounding life. I also have a aloe plant in there. Some impatient flowers. Some catnip and some assorted grasses and other flowers all being happy nabors lol

Your absolutely not clogging. And no I have not grown kens gdp before. One of my driving factors in running his seed form of gdp was to see for myself how it turns out. I hear it was a og kush male he used to to seed the cut. Then selected a male from those seeds and back crossed it to the cut again to create gdp in seed form

Think u just proved my theory as I see zero kush in the cultivarimage.jpgmiddle of the colas are purple though. I swear only about half of the cuts I get are legit lol

After way more research on a single topic than I would have liked. I decided to no longer include superthrive into my schedule any longer. Although I had only used it during germination and with one watering. I found many negative discussions about it and no real conclusive proof of its positive effects. I have used it many times in the past without any harm but at the same time I didn't notice if it does anything either.
