yea its gotta be that, well it would take a while to receive this..should i bother im already 3 weeks into flower 13 days from pistil. 
the other two are EH at the moment ive been gone for a week ive come back to this
they are all budding but the other two are a bit on the slow side. and do i just apply the worm casting to the top spoil and water over it? thanks for the input!
