Sent Nirvana a Help Desk message last night, and they just got back to me this morning. Here is my help desk message:
This package was re-shipped, but I have yet to get it. Nearly 20 days after it re-shipped. I am seeing people on forums getting their package in less than a week and a half, but neither of mine have come in the past month in a half. What is going on?
Their response:
I am sorry to hear you have not received the resend. We have reshipped the order on october 6. You should have received it by now.
Unfortunately there is nothing more I can do for you.
I hope you will receive it shortly. Perhaps it is delayed in the mail.
