Organic nutes Vs Amendments? For these particular strains.. need some advice on grow

OK so I just switched 2 13" kali mist (good cut from local dispensary) from t5 to 400w hps. So far I have been using only bat guano (high N) and wormcastings as amendments. I am gonna switch out to 3 gal tomorrow (will 5 gal see a significant better yield? already have threes). I am using FFOF soil.
Other strains I am about to run are gonna be SINMINTS by SIN CITY, possibly a durban or diesel, and a classic kush , preferably something stable (bubba ?? afghan?? hindu?? which yeilds best and is rigourous?)
For flowering I am trying to decide between two bottled organic nutrients my hydro store has ( Roots Organic, Age Old organic) and switching to a higher P guano and continuing using organic amendments for the length of flowering. Will also add kelp and dry molasses towards end.

If i choose amendments over liquid organics are my plants gonna grow slower and less yeild?
Or can I get better tasting and a big yield with "true" organics?
Which way would you steer if you were growing with taste as number #1 objective but yield is right behind.
Which sounds better for the strains I am planning to run?

Indoor 400w hps/ T5 grow

Also If I switch to higher P guano should I still use the high N at any point in flowering or only in veg?
Thx I know I could find all this out if i looked thru this whole site but I dont have the time as im workin all day and need to decide ASAP while I have funds to buy either regime
