Organic solutions for root damage by fungus gnats

Hi folks, I just realized I have a fungus gnat problem with one of my isolated plants, and I have an array of things to use to get rid of them, but I am at a loss about what to do with the damaged roots. Is there an organic option that wont rape my soils micro life? If the only good solution is H2o2, I could use that and follow it up with a compost tea the next watering (not preferred because I spent a lot of time building the micro-herd).

When I ran coco I would have used cannazyme for problems like this, but now that im back in soil, I dont know what to do! All options are on the table (even throwing out the entire plant).

Any advice would be much appreciated! I will post pics tonight when she wakes up.

Sticky strips, it can take months to fully eliminate them ,use new soil each grow and wash out the pots.

I used mosquito dunks chips and sticky traps . Azamaz soil drench at first. No more gnats.

Water with Neem oil. That's organic and won't harm the plants. Then work on keeping the grow room drier, RH and pots. Use perlite to cover the top soil of each pot.
Yellow sticky strips re best used as a guidline. U can also spray the leaves with neem but make sure u use 1ml/ litre.

Water and spray your plants with Azatrol or Azamax

Thanks for the reply's, but they are all about how to get rid of the fungus gnats, and I already have a decent strategy for that (Mosquito dunks, sand, and sticky traps).

I was really looking for something to dissolve, or decompose the dead roots that are in the pot. I want to do this to avoid any problems that could occur later on in the plants life (fungal infections, plant diseases).

So far the only things I can think of that do this would be hydrogen peroxide or a product like cannazyme. I was hoping yall might have better suggestions than these two options for dissolving dead roots.
