Organic tea

I have organic soil that is close to needing some tea. I've been brewing it and it smells like vinegar. I only added uncooked fruits, vegetable bits and a few soggy apples off our apple tree. It's been aerating the whole time. Is that the bad, anaerobic, sour smell that people say to watch for? I bought some Bat Guano and BioWeed to supplement but didn't want to add it if my tea was bunk.

When did you decide uncoocked fruits, vegetables and rotten (anaerobically decomposing) apples would make a COMPOST tea?

Tea is primarily designed to unleash a great number of microbes, and some nutrients. Like as simple as a bit of molasses and rock powder.

You are trying to brew raw vegetation into compost, which will bring problems.

Organic varieties are grown without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers. The soil is enriched with natural compost and a layer of mulch retains the moisture while providing extra nutrients as it breaks down.
