Most likely Yes, seedlings don't want fed in the first week
if your soil is not pre-fertilized you can use a small emount after the first week.
if it IS pre-fertilized you should be set for 3-4 weeks. with pre-fertilized soil you should start fertilizing when the plants become pale (N def.) as this is most likely the first def. to occure.
