Osmocote??

So I bought this fertelizer for my new borns, they were germinated and but into the soil on saturday 11/20..
is this good for my plant? is it recommended?

There are multiple types of Osmocote. Which kind do you have?

Also, what kind of soil did you put them into? Pictures always help.

that is pure fertilizer.

There is only a layer of fertilizer on the top that is about half an inch.
the rest of the pot is organic soil.
is this bad for the plant?
