Out of control sour d, 21 days into flower

i bought a female sour d clone from a friend and now its flowering the white hairs have grown to about a half inch im feeding her organic grow and keping her in worm casting soil i water her about every 5 to 7 days and mix urine woth water 1 cup of urine to 8 cups of water but i only use a little as they say urine has alot of nitrogen but im looking for suggestions also i found little clearish white spiders in my soil and killed a mother spider i found chillin in my soil just laying there i have her growing in my closet and suggestions on anything i can do at this stage to make my plant better this is my first grow and shes a beauty...
