1/4oz.. id tell you to shit in a hat... damn even oz. id be bent. your talking a shit load of work.
Only a shit load of work for what, a couple days. I pay over 300 bucks an oz. where I live, that would be a huge payment just to carry some buds through the woods...

When growing outside I like to use organics.

I mix up some Bloodmeal, Bonemeal, Kelpmeal, Bat Guano and a bit of dolomite lime. I also use water crystals in the mix, this is so I dont have to water.

Then I dig up the dirt at the spot ive chosen to grow in. And mix the dirt on a tarp with the organic mix and crystals.

Then dump the dirt back in the hole.

If you get the proper proportions you will have very happy plants.

Guano teas can be used during flowering for added P Or just top dress with High P guano before flower.

he has the chance for 10-12lbs if everything is all good... and his buddy would be risking his ass for an oz? come on.... thats a kick in the dick.

How far off is this site? are you trimming on site? its work. big risk... need big reward.

Suppose I didn't take into account the risk factor, I just don't think its fair that the guy growing it works on it all summer and has to give a huge portion to his friend for helping during the last couple days.

well an oz would be least that i'd give.. basically all he has to do is to carry a bag.. if all comes to all i take heat.. just say that he sisn't know what was in it... i would love to do an all organic but the stuff is wayy to hard to get to the place.. i have to walk for an hour to get to the area and it isn't the best terrain for walking.. as far as picking out the area to gro i have that covered already.. it's about half way up a super steep hill.. it will allow the plants to get about 8-10ft wothout even reaching the top of the hill.. there is alot of new growth in that area such as little trees.. so i've used the shovel to clear out a 2'x2' area for each clone to have when i lay them down.. i've taken all the small trees and shrubs and transplanted them to another area out of the way... i also am lucky because a pond is only a 10-15 min walk away from the site.. so i'll pack in water.. i will not be using my car for any of these transports because i want to keep my house and car and most of my posesions out of this just in case.. as for the larger trees that are over where the plants are i've climbed them with a tree saw and i've taken out every 2nd large branch that blocks light from the 2x2 area.. i have created a drying area about 20 min walk away from the plant site.. i will hang them there for about 7-10 days to dry.. and i'll pack them out to another place that is heated to cure... the organic mixes that i would use are wayy to heavy to bring over that distance to the site.. a couple of buckets of time relese is only easy to get there though... i dug a few test holes to see what the soil is like in the area and it's mostly black earth.. it's all black earthe until about 1ft down then it's grey clay type earth.. it's really wet also so what i'll have to do is figure out how many holes i will need and dig them about 2x2x2 ft (LxWxH) and let it dry out for a couple of weeks before i plant.. i will mix the soil and the clay together for each hole.. and what i might do is dig the area and take the black earth only and fill the holes with that.. then i can just take the clay and put it in the place where i took the black earth from.. and lay the sod back over again.. if anyone has some comments or advice for me plese leave a post.. thanks..

That's almost exactly what I'm lookin at and have hills to climb as well but still have to haul some good medium there to mix in with the natural dirt. I'm going to take all the clay out down 3 feet and just toss it in another hole and cover it. And for the drying outside part it mite rain or get eaten ect.. so I'm going to construct somthing to hang in a tree, was thinking just a big black umbrella with like one of those black mesh laundry baskets attached under it, the umbrella will keep it dry and the basket will hang it up and keep the animals out.

yeah i will be bringing in some lime to help with the clay issue but it gets tiresome when you have the pack totally full with heavy stuff every time you go there.. walking up a steep hill and over huge rocks and over wet spots with a huge pack full of fert and lime and bags of soil.. i've done this before but not to this extent i've done 5 befor they came out good but i didn't really care for them.. it was more like an experiment.. i've come a LONG way since those.. o and i was just wondering something about moss.. i have a fair lot of peat moss and it's still in the green form .. how would i beable to put that to good use in the grow to make things better???

i also have a fair lot of peat moss and it's still in the green form .. how would i beable to put that to good use in the grow to make things grow better??? and would the 2'x2'x2' hole that i will dig for each plant be sufficient to losen up the soil around it for the roots.? and 2 foot would be enough for the plant to get a sufficient height befor the grass and shrubs start to grow back around the plant won't it? how far should i keep an indica plants away from eachother? would 8ft between plants be good enough?

dont know with what youre working with...i grow outdoors on my property so im able to go a little crazier...i planted april 14 and harvested the first week of october...

no transferring...from germ, straight to 20 Gallon trashcans (buried so the top of the trashcan was almost even with the ground level) filled with FoxFarms Happy Frog soil...only used tiger bloom during flowering and pulled 3LBS each off of 12' plants

hope that helped...plan on going a different outdoor route this year..stay tuned and good luck

the soil is mostly grey clay with a top layer of black earth.. my plan was to mix all of this together to plant in.. and maybe add aome lime to each hole.. i know the soil has lots of nutrients becaues i tested it out with a plant that i had going indoors the plant was going for over 2 month's without needing nutes.. it could have went longer but i just decieded to add some to give it a boost.. i'm diging the holes 2'x2'x2' to get the plants rooting going good by havving the soil around it loosened up before i plant..

As far as when to plant it depends on what your latitude and region is... May is correct, but it's standard that 4/20 is planting day in most farming regions...

-Your planting area.

You will want to make your hole a whole lot bigger than that...

I suggest digging around a 4 ft circle, and digging as deep into the clay as you can, 3-4 ft deep... The clay is terrible for roots, they hate it. You can backfill with topsoil from around the area, the top foot of black soil.

- Advanced Nutrients makes a time release fertilizer I've used on tomatoes and pumpkins, there are three applications, Spring-Summer-Fall, they are granules you sprinkle on top of the soil. I had amazing results.

An hour hike seems like a lot of walking to be bringing serious tools, so bring some to leave there stored under some black plastic and some branches...

Also since it's such a long hike, maybe look for multiple sites to put a few plants, animals and people might stumble upon a site, but the others will still be alright.

When harvest day comes, trim off as many fans as possible, you can just snap them with your hands... Stack the plants on some black plastic, wrap them up, tie some string around it, and stack them near where you'll load up a truck, hopefully it's not a busy, or heavilly patrolled road, or you'll have to find another way of carrying shitloads of weed... Many, many trips with big backpacks.

Think these plants are going to be 13 feet tall, there's going to be a lot of buds.

I filled a entire shed with my first grow of only 12 plants, they were monsters. I didn't have the knowledge I do now, so I can't wait to start growing outside again, growing indoors is SOOOO much work, and SOOOO expensive. I've been doing it inside for 6 years now, and want to go back to outdoor growing...
