outdoor.. flowering ??

This is my first grow and I'm starting to see some hairs is this starting to flower and if so should I switch over to flower nutrients now ?

We can't see in the pic because its not sharp. If you see pistils it's ready for a diet adjustment.

My outdoor plants get a balanced diet of composted poo, blood and bone meal, and fish meal throughout but indoors I don't switch over completely till stretch is done, and that's hard to guage outdoors in my experience. Are they auto's?
