This year I am going to be doing my first grow, Outdoor Guerrilla Style. There is going to be two spots with four plants at each spot. There are four holes at each spot were 5 gal. buckets are going to be placed in. Multiple holes in each bucket for drainage, then filling up the buckets with Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, then putting the buckets in the holes. Will be using the FF trio soil nutes.
I plan on putting the plants out around 4/20 giving them a decent amount of time to veg. and flower.
Line Up:
Barney's seeds: 5x Phat Fruity Fem.
Dutch Passion: 2x Shaman Fem.
Dutch Passion: 1x Hollands Hope Fem.
Concerns: 1. Dont know what to do after I germinate the seeds, since I cant let them sprout indoors. Have 2 choices either putting them in cups then bringing them to my spots, Or just putting the germed. seeds straight into the buckets.............which leads me to my second concern
2.Does FFOF soil burn seedlings?
3.Worried about getting root bound in the buckets. Cant put them straight into the ground cause height is an issue.(Plants are going to have about 8-10 hours of direct sunlight on a sunny day) if that helps.
4. Can water drip and flood the area between the bottom of the buckets and the bottom of the holes since there are going to be in the holes in the buckets for drainage?
Have done hours of research to try to make my first grow a success. Any input on the strains or tips of what I should do/change would greatly be appreciated. In advance, thank you for your time and input.
