yes your plant is budding. It looks like you have it in your windowsill? To get maximum exposure to sunlight i would put it outside.
It looks like it is in the early stages probably another 6 weeks

Sorry to say but the pot is too small and there isn't enough soil in there. You need a little larger pot and a TON more light to get anything more than a couple of bongloads out of that plant. You should look into a stealth cabinet or move into a 2 gallon container and move it in and out to have a little something to show for your hard work. Good luck!

Getting more dirt today but i really not tryna get another pot kuz i just wanna grow some quick erb i just need atleast a ounce or 2 of some good buds

Possibly 3 grams. Your girl needs more light, and root space. There are things you can do to get a little more herb, but I'd suggest you spend the winter reading and planning for next year. The crystals indicate the herb should be decent smoke but nothing to take to the Cannabis cup.

Regarding smell, that will change and improve continuously until harvest, then evolve even further for several months in storage. If you decide to store it, put it in an air tight(not a baggy) container and place it in a cool, dark, dry location, After curing.
