Have you seen any caterpillars crawling around? I have some bothering one of mine with similiar looking holes.
yes i have seen grasshoppers and have flicked a couple caterpillars here and there. i only see the plant every few days so i cannot do a daily treatment. i have been using neem oil + botanigard es + water + few drops of dish liquid = spray it all over the plant, the base of its pot and the ground in a circle near the plant. every few sprayings i change the botanigard with spinosad. i thought the combo if those three would kill/repel anything. i can check the plant tomorrow and see if there is further damage.

I cut a hole the diameter of of a soda can or maybe a bit bigger on the underside of the 10 gallon smart pot the plant is in. The plant is definitely rooted directly into the ground now. I thought this would be beneficial, is it good or not? Whats your opinion?
