outdoor grow question about light

Okay guys my question is I have 2 plants outside and need to put some light on them for about 3 hours after the sun drops to get a good 18. Does anyone now how I could get some light on them or any ideas to make it not obvious to everyone that wants to take my girls hope someone can help me out Im kinda of stressed trying to figure this out

Build a box with lights built in, that you can throw over your plants. Shouldn't be too much light leakage and if its dark out, shouldn't be too noticable if the only bit of light is coming off the bottom of the box where it touches the ground.
