Outdoor Grow Question

my master kush seeds just germinated and i got them under 100 watt cfl's do i have to wait til they start to pop out of soil or could i move them outside right now?

it may be better to keep them inside for a while until they get a bit stronger and grow some roots.

Also when you do put outside I would put them in the shade for a day or two to adjust I have heard and experienced that going from baby to sun light can kill them but I have never just put them into the sun so not 100% sure but I would let them adjust for a day or 2 first when they do get big enough to go outside.
