Outdoor growing in Florida...

Thinking of moving to Florida to ride the Marijuana wave. Anyone have successfull experience growing outdoors? What problems did you encounter?

Extreme heat tons of bugs high humidity I mean summer days could get over 100 and not much better during flowering months but you get much more daylight there they grow fast just the heat is a bitch born and raised 26 years in florida now in Colorado

Thanks for the quick reply. Never thought about the bug situation. Thinking of getting property at least 75 feet above sea level in a certain County which I won't say.. I hear humidity there is about 30% less then the entire state. Property is significantly cheaper making my whole plan more reasonable

I know exactly where your talking about lol very few places with any elevation above sea level in FL that general area is good there are 3 cities towns out there the most city like one start with an A. You want the other two land and houses cheap out there found nice homes with 10 or more acres for under 200k all day and I mean nice house lol

lake placid area is the highlands around florida and they got a ton of choppers down there

I live south between Tampa and Miami and I love growing outdoor in the Winter & Spring. Summer is damn near impossible with the rain and bugs. In spite of all that I've managed. I'm only about 15 feet above sea level, but home prices are cheap.

Very cheap but with all the bullshit between the zyka virus, outrageous police, the murders in the past couple months and the fact that now Atlanta is the HIV capital of America and Florida HIV rate is going up quick due to it. I love Colorado I'll always be a beach boy but I love being a mountain man

I live in a very rural area. Never had any problem with police. Zyka doesn't scare me either, since I'm way past the age of having children, and I HATE cold weather, so if I head any direction it will be south . I couldn't stand to be so far from the ocean either! My daughter and son in law are in Colorado though.

I've grown in NW Florida for about 25 of my 55 years. Land is cheap up here too, but slowly going up. And I must live on a hill. I'm 203 feet above sea-level. Mount Larry?
