Outdoor growing question.

When do plants start flowering outdoor in PA. because it getting close to the end of august and i have a 4 ft plant that shows no sign of flowering yet.

No actually they can be monsters cause they have more veg time. depends if they got time to flower before it gets to cold and wet.

Yea I'm in PA as well with my first guerilla grow and mine have just recently started flowering. Just be patient they will flower eventually but considering these are a little late you may encounter the same problems with frost as I might have. Frost comes around mid-October and this leaves us with a good month and a half to flower. Hopefully this is long enough to finish but you may have to cut early or fashion a mini greenhouse to extend the season to fully develope the buds. If anyone here knows if its possible for a plant to survive frost with minimal damage it would be helpful to us both

what happens if it needs to be cut down early. less bud obviously but is it less thc?
Well there would be less bud and the existing bud wouldn't be fully mature so yes less thc. What I plan on doing is making a small greenhouse made of plastic around mine to extend the season
